I was challenged by ArtCatto Gallery to create the decoration for the Hotel Dona Filipa in Vale do Lobo, Algarve. The briefing required the creation of timeless pieces that reflected the personality of Queen Dona Filipa or that explored the theme of golf, the main sport that attracts most of the hotel’s clients.

To unite these two universes, I suggested the idea of imagining each of the Queen’s children as golf players. The first step was to find characters that perfectly represented each of the Queen’s children and carry out a photo session, which I worked on digitally until I arrived at the final arts.

To create an elegant and sophisticated appearance, I decided to print the final arts on glass and frame them. This process ensured that the final product would integrate perfectly with the hotel’s existing decor.
