For the WHITE project, which values exclusivity and singularity, sustainability was one of the priorities from the beginning. The briefing was to create an exclusive menu for the CARDUME that reflected the natural and genuine concept of the space and interior design. The challenge was huge, but with a lot of dedication, I created the menus in root cryptomeria wood and developed a support system for them. The final result was incredible, and the menus became part of the unique gastronomic journey at WHITE, which showcases the best products from the Azores.”
